AI Powered File Run

The AI Powered Run is an efficient way of anonymization of Files. Users can click on the “AI- Powered Run” on the left navigation panel to launch the page. This is an efficient way of doing the anonymization of files using Maya’s AI leverage.

The AI Powered run supports the PII detection and anonymization of tabular files (.xls and .csv), Text files (.srt, .txt and .docx). The user can either click or drag and drop to upload one file at a time for anonymization.

Step 1: User will Click to Upload or Drag and Drop a File. Once the file is uploaded the user will be re-directed to the following loading screen.

Step 2: Once the anonymization is complete the user will be re-directed to the Jobs page where the status of the File Anonymization will be visible under the File Safe tab.

Step 3: The user can click on the download option to download the anonymized file.

All the PII’s like Names, Email ids and Telephone Numbers will be replaced with the anonymized values in the downloaded file.

The left file shown below shows the original file and the one on the right is the anonymized file.
